Delivery

  • How long does delivery take?

    • Standard delivery typically takes 3-8 working days, depending on your location and product. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Our rolled mattresses are usually delivered within 3 Working Days. Our Divan Beds are usually delivered within 8 Working Days. Our Flat Mattresses are usually delivered with 8 Working Days.

  • Do you offer next-day delivery?

    • Next-day delivery is available on select products. Please check the product details or contact our customer service team for more information.

  • How will my mattress be delivered?

    • Many of our mattresses are vacuum-packed, rolled, and boxed for easy transportation and setup. Some larger or premium models may be delivered flat. This will be stated in the product description.

  • Do you take away my old bed or mattress?

    • Unfortunately we are unable to collect your old mattress and bed. However, your local council or tip may offer a disposal service. Please check with them directly as fees may apply.

  • Do you deliver outside the UK?

    • Currently, we only deliver within the UK.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    • We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused and in its original packaging.

  • How can I request a return?

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  • Who covers the return costs?

    • If the item is being returned due to damage or receiving the incorrect size to the one ordered, we will cover the return costs. We may ask for pictures to be able to investigate this further. Otherwise, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Can I exchange my product for a different one?

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to return your product, please get in touch with our team. We will process a refund to enable you to order the new product.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

    • Refunds are processed by our payment processor which can take up to 7 working days. If 7 working days have passed, please reach out to our team for more assistance.

Mattress Care

  • How long can I leave my mattress rolled up?

    • We recommend unrolling your mattress within 14 days of delivery to maintain its structure and performance.

  • How long does it take for a rolled mattress to expand?

    • Once unrolled, your mattress may take up to 48 hours to fully expand and reach its intended shape and comfort level.

  • Do your mattresses come with a warranty?

    • Yes, our mattresses come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Our standard warranty is 1 Year on all products. Some products have longer warranties. Please refer to the specific product details for more information.

  • How should I care for my new mattress?

    • Rotate your mattress once a month to ensure even wear.

      Use a mattress protector to keep it clean and prolong its lifespan.

      Avoid sitting on the edges for prolonged periods, especially for vacuum-packed mattresses without side supports.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and select financing options at checkout. Please add the product you desire and proceed to checkout for further information.
