    • Delivery times vary depending on location and products, but most orders arrive within 2-4 working days. Our mattresses that arrive flat and beds take will take longer. You can check estimated delivery times during checkout.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    • if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

    • Please reach out to our team via email or phone to notify us of the issue. We may ask you to send pictures across to allow us to investigate.

  • How do I return or exchange a product?

    • To start your return, please contact or team via email including your order number and where you bought our product from. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on our products. You are required to return the product before ordering a new size.
