Our Delivery Terms

All standard UK delivery is free. Delivery of the goods will be to the address entered during the ordering process. If you want to change your delivery address after you have placed the order, we can only change it before the order is dispatched and we can only do it over the phone or via email. Delivery is to the front door of the property only (Unless otherwise stated by our shipping options). It is at our discretion whether delivery can be made to any other place in the property.

Provided that we deliver the goods to the address you have specified (or any other address agreed by us in writing or email) then the goods will be deemed to have been delivered and we will not be liable to you for non-delivery of the goods. We do not have to satisfy ourselves that the person who accepts delivery at the address you have provided is you (or is a person authorised by you to accept delivery of the goods).

Goods are only delivered by us or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf to your doorstep (Unless otherwise stated by our shipping options). If you request that goods are taken anywhere else then we or any third party contractor shall not be liable for any damage to fixtures, fittings or the structure of your accommodation (e.g. damaged furniture or fittings, spillages, plasterwork, brickwork) that may occur. By agreeing to allow the delivery to be made anywhere but the doorstep, you are agreeing to exclude us from liability.

We reserve the right to split shipments where we deem fit.

Our Return Terms

At The Sleep People, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of delivery, you can do so, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or is a different size than ordered. In such cases, we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
